How we work

You tell us the problem. We hand you the keys.

You are not buying software, and you are certainly not buying AI. You are buying a finished, working system with a named human who answers for it.

What you actually get

A finished building, not a better set of tools.

Software tools sell you the power drill. Freelancers rent you a carpenter. We are the main contractor — we take the whole renovation and hand you the keys. Our crew just happens to be AI.

That is what a systems partner is supposed to mean, in words nobody has to look up. You do not buy cement and carpenters; you buy the finished renovation, on a date, with someone responsible. Our only twist is that our crew is AI, which is what makes the renovation a matter of weeks rather than quarters.

01 You know exactly what “done” means before we start A numbered list of tests, written in plain language, agreed and signed before any work begins. No moving target, and no argument at the end about whether it was delivered.
02 Done means it survived a month of real use The test list has to pass on your real data, in your environment, for thirty consecutive days with nobody intervening by hand. A working demo is not done. A pilot is not done.
03 A written update every week — including the weeks nothing moved Silence is how projects rot. You will always know where it stands, whether or not the news is good.
04 One named person to escalate to. Not a shared inbox When something breaks at four in the afternoon, you should not have to work out whose fault it is first.
05 Every phase ends with something your team can run without us No phase is allowed to leave you more dependent than it found you. Every change we make can also be rolled back.
06 Your data stays yours Held in isolation, never used to serve anyone else, never used to train anything. Access is denied by default.

The three commitments

Wire up. Train up. Show up.

In the order they happen. Most vendors stop after the first one, which is why so much bought software is never used.

01

Wire Up

We connect the right AI into the systems you already run.

02

Train Up

We get your people using it, not just installing it.

03

Show Up

We stay until the results show up in your numbers.

Human-led, AI-built. That is why it is fast, and it is why it is safe.

What we ask of you

Five things, and the clock depends on them.

Projects fail on access and decisions far more often than on engineering. So these are conditions, not preferences — and when one of them slips, we say so in writing rather than quietly absorbing the delay.

01A named internal ownerOne person on your side who knows the process we are replacing and can answer questions about it.
02A named decision-maker at kickoffSomeone who can approve the definition of done without escalating it further.
03Real data, before the clock startsNot a sample, not a cleaned export. Systems that only work on tidy data are the reason “it worked in testing” is a punchline.
04Decisions within three working daysIf a decision takes longer, the clock pauses — and we tell you in writing when it happens, not at the end.
05Access to the real environmentThe actual tools your team uses, with the actual permissions. Everything we build sits on top of what you already own.

Name the process that eats your week.
