The plan
Where this goes.
Four lines. We would rather you knew the whole shape of it before you hire us for the first chapter.
Why line four matters most
A consultancy’s costs stay flat. Ours are built to fall.
A traditional firm sells hours, so the hundredth project costs about what the first one did. Every project we deliver is designed to leave behind patterns, templates, and a better-trained engine — so the work should get cheaper to deliver as it accumulates. That is the bet this company is built on, and it is the reason we would rather be judged on the tenth project than the first.
Straight answers
The questions you were going to ask anyway.
So you’re like the AI coding tools everyone is talking about?
Those are power tools, for people who build. Most organisations don’t want to build — they want the building. We use tools like that the way a main contractor uses a crane.
AI-built software sounds risky.
That is exactly why we are a company and not a tool. A named project lead, a definition of done signed before work starts, testing, maintenance, and every change reversible. AI is why it is fast and affordable. The humans are why it is safe.
You’re new. Why would we take the risk?
Fair question, and we would rather answer it than dress it up. We are a young Singapore company, and the way we handle that is to carry the risk ourselves: nothing counts as delivered until it has run for thirty consecutive days on your real data with nobody intervening by hand, and every change can be rolled back. In the meantime, judge us on the products we built with our own money before asking anyone for theirs.
Why won’t the big integrators just do this?
Their revenue is billable hours. Matching this pace would mean charging for far fewer of them. Large firms do not willingly shrink their own biggest line item.
What stops another AI shop copying you?
Nothing stops anyone starting. What compounds is delivered work — patterns, templates, and the trust that comes with a finished result. Each project should make the next one faster and cheaper to build, so the gap widens rather than closes. We are early in that accumulation and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
You build your own products. Why take on client work as well?
Same engine, two lanes. Client work is how the engine gets proven and paid for; products are how the parts that repeat get packaged and scaled. That is the design — one plan rather than two businesses, which is exactly what the four lines above describe.
What does a first conversation actually involve?
Half an hour, with no technology in it. You describe the process that eats the most of your team’s week. We come back with what a working version of it looks like and how quickly it could be live. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so.
